Vice Commodore: Responsible for (Chairman of) the Sailing Academy. Rear Commodore: House and Grounds Secretary & Treasurer: Responsible for what you would expect them to be responsible for. Membership Chairman (Ed Birch): Responsible for distributing membership applications and presenting completed applications to the board for consideration. Governors: All the people that like to heckle those in charge at the meetings, but not step up and take responsiblity!
